How involved are you in the creative direction?
As much or as little as you want. Some facilitators come with a crystal-clear vision and just need execution. Others want a thought partner who can shape the retreat alongside them. I flex to what you need — but I never override your creative instinct.
Do you travel to the retreat location?
Yes. For full-service engagements, I'm on-site for the duration of your retreat. I arrive early to oversee setup and stay through the final departure. My physical presence is what allows you to fully let go.
Can you help with retreats outside the destinations listed?
Absolutely. My listed destinations are places I know intimately, but I've managed retreats on six continents. If you have a dream location, I'll research venues, vet vendors, and build the infrastructure from scratch.
What's your availability like?
I take on a limited number of retreats per year to ensure each one gets my full attention. If you're planning 6+ months out, we likely have room. For shorter timelines, reach out and I'll let you know honestly.
What does pricing look like?
Every retreat is different. Pricing depends on scope, duration, location, and level of involvement. After our initial conversation, I provide a clear, transparent proposal. No hidden costs, no surprises.
