The Woman Behind
the Curtain
I Build the World
Around Your Vision
I fell into this work the way most people find their calling — sideways, then all at once. What started as helping a friend coordinate a small yoga retreat in Bali became a decade-long obsession with the art of invisible excellence.
I've since supported retreats on six continents. Yoga in rice paddies. Breathwork in the Sacred Valley. Leadership intensives in the Arizona desert. Plant medicine ceremonies on the shores of Lake Atitlan.
What I learned across all of them is the same truth: the facilitator's presence is everything. And the fastest way to destroy that presence is to hand them a logistics checklist.
So I made it my life's work to carry that checklist — and make it disappear.
Everything You Shouldn't
Be Thinking About
Retreat Architecture
I don't just plan — I design the invisible structure that makes your retreat feel like it was always meant to happen this way.
Logistics & Operations
Vendors, catering, schedules, contingencies. The machine that runs behind the curtain, silent and precise.
Travel & Accommodation
From the moment your participants book their flight to the moment they're settled in their room — every transition, handled.
Participant Experience
Welcome sequences that build anticipation. Communication that feels personal. Support that makes every guest feel held.
On-Site Presence
I'm there when the retreat runs. Solving problems you'll never hear about. Adjusting flow in real time. Your calm in every storm.
Vision Translation
You paint the picture. I build the frame, hang the lights, and make sure every seat in the room has the perfect view.
Built on a Decade of
Showing Up
Six Continents
Bali, Peru, Sedona, Guatemala, Australia, England, Costa Rica — wherever the retreat calls, I've likely been there first.
Every Format
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, plant medicine, leadership intensives, creative retreats. If it gathers people for transformation, I know it.
Start to Finish
Not just the planning. Not just the logistics. I'm there from first vision call through the last hug goodbye — and the debrief after.
